Please be advised we are introducing two new discounts
EARLY & FULL TEAM SIGN-UP & EARLY INDIVIDUAL SIGN-UP, to encourage people to form their own full teams and to register early.

*EARLY & FULL TEAM SIGN-UP: This special discount has been implemented in order to help ease registration and forming teams. By taking the initiative to form your own team and getting the fees together, you help facilitate the beginning of the season to run smoother. As an incentive to have your teams formed and get your fees in on time, we are offering the following discount:

Deduct $10 for each member's dues ($50/member). Please note a member can only use one discount. Student fees will remain at $40, etc.

Responsibility falls primarily on the team captain, as well as the team members
In order to qualify, your team must
1) Designate your team captain
2) Have at least 6 players total committed to playing as a team.
3) Have all players register online by Saturday, May 8th
4) Have all player give their fees to the team captain
5) Team captain submits LUMP SUM for the entire team to Dale or Lance by the first day (Open/Social on May16th) in exchange for the Captains Packet, containing registration cards (for Badger Bowl) as well as team roster/contact infor for the team members.
F) Members fill out Badger Bowl cards and give to captain, and all of them returned to Dale no later then the next weekend (May 23).

*EARLY INDIVIDUAL SIGN-UP: Intended for individuals or group of individuals that is less then a full team (<6 members). If you pay on or before the first Open/Social Day, we will deduct $5 from your Regular League Fee. Please note this will not be doubled with any other discount. Student fees will remain at $40, etc. We will have membership drives within the next several weeks at the various sponsor bars and clubs for you to submit your fees.

1) Register online by Saturday, May 8th
2) Submit your $55 fee to Dale or Lance by the first day (Open/Social on May 16) in exchange for a Badger Bowl Registration Card. There will be membership drives (yet to be determined and emailed out) at our sponsor bars and clubs, where you may submit it earlier.
3) Members fill out Badger Bowl cards and return to Dale no later then the next weekend (May 23)
